"We had a great stay at Mapache. The private room was spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. We also loved the daily activities and the small breakfast included was a bonus. Would recommend Mapache to anyone staying on Holbox. I've only just found out the Mapache means racoon though! "

"L' endroit est magnifique. Les couchers de soleil sont spectaculaires. Le personnel de tout les services est extraordinaire, un énorme MERCI spécial à Andie, Jessie, Angel et Enrick. J' y retournerai certainement mais dans une chambre plus grande que la Beach Oceanfront deluxe, qui était bien pour son emplacement mais très petite et sans fenêtre. Si vous aimez la tranquillité, cette partie de l' île vous charmera. Pour aller au centre vous devez prendre le taxi ou un vélo ( mais attention aux trous de eau ...)"
