On the day of our anniversary, the staff went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable, and we will cherish those memories forever. The dolphin sunset tour is an absolute must—it was magical and one of the highlights of our trip. We loved our stay so much that I actually cried when it was time to leave. "There was an issue with the room because of heavy rains and nothing under the hotels control, but the way the team handled everything was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made all the difference. Despite the hiccup, I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location and the beach club is really nice! We even saw dolphins in the sea when sitting at the pool's bar which was insane. "

"Our stay at Coral Bay was AMAZING! From the moment we arrived Alfred and Sonia the owners were very friendly and attentive. We were welcomed with welcome drinks and both were eager to answer any and all questions. Our room was simply impeccable. From the decorations to the small details to even the breakfast each morning that Sonia served was outstanding. Waking up to Ocean views all around was a once in a lifetime dream come true. Our trip was cut short due to unseen circumstances, however, while we were staying at coral Bay. It was heaven on earth. Alfred even helped my husband set up a two or four a private boat for myself and my husband for the day. This is the first time we’ve ever went to a resort and we’re the only couple there for a few days. We enjoyed every moment of talking with both of them. And definitely plan to come back one day when we can stay longer."

"The Red Frog Resort is a beautifully located area. Although it rained for most of the time, the beach and property are amazing. We saw sloths, monkeys and of corse the red frogs throughout our stay. The staff was so nice and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful experience in Bocas. "

"The location was just far enough away from the busy Bocas Town it made it feel like we were on our own private island. Attractive rooms with the best view and an overall inviting aura. The thing that made this an 11/10 is the food and food service. Every meal was amazing and served with a friendly smile. The lounge chairs on the deck made it hard to leave this serine location."
