“Lovely Hotel , very clean and fab room but could of done with a bigger room with our Grandson.!
Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
A tiny fridge would be helpful in the room but over all we had a lovely stay at the Birdham. What a lovely part of the Island Bembridge is, in my opinion the nicest exception apart from the Needles. Bembridge has lovely quiet beaches to visit and we found the people very friendly.

“It was very hot and they forgot to put a fan in my room but when ask one was supplied, the doors on the outside keep banging when other guests coming or going and the noise from some bikes rasing on the street below my window kept me up a long time during the night but the staff in the restaurant and hotel are great.”

“Lovely old fashioned traditional hotel where guests are always right !
I was very impressed when I booked an evening meal . I had warned them I have numerous food intolerances . I hoped they would have something I could eat so was blown away when I was given a menu especially made for ME !!
Ventnor is quiet and quaint .
Only thing I struggled with was the room was very very warm so sleeping was tricky and it was very small for two .”

“아침식사는 훌륭했어요.부페가 아닌 따뜻한 음식을 직접 조리해서 주니 정말 좋았어요.
그리고 더블룸 small size로 예약했는데 standard room으로 free upgrade 해주셔서 정말 감사했어요.
그리고 호텔시설들은 깔끔하고 쾌적했고 수영장이 정말 좋았어요
수영장내에 작은spa도 있어서 추울땐 거기들어가 있으니 정말 좋았어요.수영장물도 깨끗하고 온도도 적당해서 아이들 쾌적하게 수영할수있겠더라구요.

“The room was clean and tidy, but needed redecorating, as did the whole hotel. The staff were very good, but the bar had run out of lager. One customer had ordered a pizza, and got someone else's meal, and then his pizza never showed up.”
