“I was just upset on Wednesday night around 12Am to 1:30 am the people above us was making so much noise I wasn't able to get any sleep, I was very upset”

“The room was clean, no complaints about that. The smell, though… it smelled like mold/humidity. It was hard to get used to it, but after a while, you get used to it. You are paying for the location, so it is what it is. Honestly this place is similar to others, but the room was somewhat modern, clean and new looking, so we appreciated that!”

“Floors were covered in sand had to wear shoes constantly. Bathroom door slides with big gaps in the sides and no privacy. Not enough room for two adults and two kids. There is no room for bags or clothes and no where to hang wet clothing or towels. Charged $30 to park for the weekend after charging over 500 for the room. came out and my car was COVERED in bird poop. Wasn’t realistic for a family. Maybe a group of young adults for a drinking weeeknd. Not family friendly. Staff was ok they caused...

“Location is key and considering I'm at the beach for the beach this room was exactly what I needed when I needed it. Everything was basic and I was fine with that. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. My a.c. was cold and bed was comfy. Already booked a 3 night 2 weeks from today. Very enjoyable experience.”

“This place was a let down. The rooms and beds aren't as described or advertised. Was given the wrong room, and had to really advocate to get the correct one. Front staff was as helpful as they could be in a bad situation. Key cards wouldnt work and had to go to the office multiple times to get them working. TV was broken in the first room. TV in second room turned on but didnt change channels with the 2 remotes we were given. I'm all for staying at a place that isn't perfect but this place...

“Check in was very helpful. Had a problem with my room and they gave me another room with the beach view with no problem.”

“The bed was clean and there were no bugs, but the bar was literally on the ground with this one. The room was tiny, im okay with small but it was literally a walk-in closet, bathroom was dusty, the shower curtain was too small so water would flood everywhere when showering. No phone in rooms, the ceiling was unclean, and there was a hole under the door so it didnt fully keep anything out. The outdoor light was BRIGHT and stayed on all night, and there were no curtains to keep it out of the room....

“The beds were awful! So small and the sheets were paper thin. I loved the location, so close to the boardwalk. The coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. The bathroom sink makes no sense. It was so shallow.”
