"An amazing and unique, meticulously restored property. From the prompt and efficient airport shuttle pick up to the warm greeting at check in, the classic attention to detail in our spacious suite, a relaxing drink in the bar followed by a beautiful dinner in the restaurant, my wife and I had a first class experience in what we thought may have been just a regular one night stopover at an airport hotel en route to our next destination. We returned 3 nights later for our last night in Italy, before our return flight to Australia and were equally impressed. Thank you and congratulations to the team at Hotel Villa Malpensa."

"Staff was friendly - reception, bar tender and restaurant. I never got a response for shuttle information despite multiple requests before my arrival. For my departure Zi was informed as awe were arriving at the airport by the driver that I owed 25 euros because it was early. The desk never told me that. I selected your hotel because it advertised an airport shuttle but ended up paying a taxi to arrive and then paying your driver to leave."

"Tres belle hotel, pratique et confirtable. Chambre spatieuse et nourriture excellente au restaurant. J’ai payer un montant additionnel pour avoir acces à l’espace detente à la piscine. Sauna fonctionnel et propre , bain vapeur avec une odeur de moisi et j’etais incapable d’y rester par l’odeur. Mais les salle pour se changer, l’acceuil, la piscine et le gym etait 10/10. J’y retourne sans problème outre l’odeur du bain vapeur"

"Excellent choice for your last night if you have an early morning flight. If you rented a car, there is a gas station behind the hotel, perfect for filling up the tank before returning the rental."

"Staff would not help clear a double booking. While told one booking was done with expedia.com, Expedia did not show any bookings on the account. The hotel was ok but the honesty and willingness to assist could have been better. Had they helped clearing the misunderstanding, they would have gained a loyal customer. I go to Milan often....."

"Tribe new hotel , clean, room great, close airport but have take 5 min shuttle and has fee, need car if want go to a store, the hotels in Italy don’t have ice machines. The restaurant was good. , Also bring adapter for outlet in Italy, nice outdoor pool hadn’t opened yet ,"
