Dry hotel. Staff was helpful and meals were tasty. We were there with 65 other people for a wedding, all checking in at the same time and only 2 receptionists. When we were checking out, several people got charged for the same other people's "left over charges". My husband paid for them, and then they charged our niece for them as well when she was checking out. That is frustrating, and there was a communication barrier, so we will followup with management. All in all it was a nice hotel for the price, and as mentioned the staff was friendly.

An aging, rather gloomy hotel that feels like stepping into a bygone era. You’re primarily paying for the location, not the accommodation itself. The air conditioning can be unreliable, the bathrooms are below modern standards, the beds are quite firm, and the cleanliness of the linens left me unconvinced. In my opinion, the property would be more accurately rated as a 3- or 4-star hotel rather than its current classification. That said, the sea view was genuinely beautiful and ended up being the highlight of my stay.

I had a great time in the Cevahir hotel. It was my 6th time staying at the hotel. It's close to the islands and near to the metro and ferry port. The breakfast was lovely, room service was excellent and the indoor pool was open. Esra on reception organized a late checkout and was extremely helpful. I will be back!

This was a fantastic place everything was so clean everybody was so attentive rooms are nice. Just across from he street from the sea. Only about ten blocks from the train/metro and another ten from streets lined with restaurants and shops. There were grocery shops every block or so along with fresh markets.
