Helpful staff and excellent location

The staff are very friendly and willing to help in case of any problems. We had stains on one of the towels that was changed immediately. The room was clean and practical.Bathroom sink had stained silikon but otherwise clean. Very near to metro station and bus stops, excellent location.

Dirty and worn down hotel. Not what expected.

Very dirty and worn down rooms. Rooms looks very cosy and nicely decorated on pictures, but the actual room you get is completely empty, very badly cleaned and smells like smoke. I understand that it’s allowed to smoke in the rooms, but for non smokers it’s very uncomfortable to stay in a room that smells like that.

Dont go if you care about cleanliness and comfort

Very dirty room. Very bad condition. Didn’t look like the pictures on Hotels.com. Pictures looked very warm and cozy but room was just empty and dirty. We asked for a new room and got another that was even worse. We didn’t even stay the night and was refused any refund.

Beware, this is one of the earliest properties of this cityloft chain. It is not ıp to the standards that you would expect if you had stayed their other properties. It needs an urgent rennovation and repair. Otherwise it will cost cityloft a good deal of clients. Air condition was only in the bedroom section nothing in the living room section, lighting was depressive, bathroom in dire need of renewing and enlargement.

Kötü bir deneyimdi.

Loft oda diye ekstra para ödedim. Sanki sonradan eklenmis bir yapı gibi bir odada kaldım. Ve lavabonun içinde kertenkele vardı. Duşakabinin kapısı kapanmıyordu. Kocaman odanın ortasında 1 tane ikili(tekli boyutunda) bir tane tekli. Üzerlerine örtü konulmuş şekilde. Bir daha tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum.

Ben ilk defa birşey için uğraşıp yorum yazmaktayım bu kadar ücret alıp bu kadar pis ve kullanışsız olamaz bulunduğum odanın televizyonu ve kliması çalışmıyordu tuvalet inanılmaz pisti personeller anlayışlı ama oda inanılmaz pis ve yoğun bir koku vardı parayla rezillik yaşadım odada jakuzi ocak birtakım şeyler var ama pis ve kullanamadıktan sonra bir anlam ifade etmiyor
