The hotel is very good, close to amenities and the staff is very helpful. Special mention to Moran ( I hope I got his name correct at the front) who assisted us in getting to a legit taxi. Thank you and I can recommend this hotel to others.

Please do not forget to visit Jade bar on the 9th floor. You will find there a beautiful view to Bosphoros and have a chance to taste the amazing cocktails they will offer you there.

Our hotel was well appointed, comfortable with a great room layout, and very clean. The Reception staff, Bell staff, Doormen, and Housekeeping personnel were spot on-very helpful and friendly! Kudos to all of them as their service was exceptional and all were quite attentive. Jade Rooftop Bar in the hotel is the perfect location for snacks and beverages with romantic and gorgeous views of the Bosphorus and Galata Tower. The hotel also has a wonderful breakfast buffet with so many choices and fresh options that it’s hard to choose! Truly, a five star dining experience with wonderful service. The location of the hotel is fantastic & has many restaurant options and cafés nearby & is also near Galata Port and Karaköy which makes it an easy walk to shopping, dining, or the ferry to cross over to Asia. Additionally, it’s close to walk up to Galata Tower, Beyoğlu & Taksim Square (more shopping, cultural experiences & dining) or cross over the Galata bridge to reach Eminönü for shopping and sightseeing, or perhaps a boat tour up the Bosphorus/Golden Horn! I highly recommend the Hotel and will book it again when in the area.
