Great front desk staff. The manager Can G. was extremely helpful in every aspect of our stay. He knew the area well and made excellent recommendations and took care of everything we needed. The pool was great as was the dry sauna and the Turkish bath! I would highly recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the staff. Every single member of the team was absolutely amazing. They were always welcoming, polite, and greeted us with lovely smiles. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always ready to help whenever needed. The level of service was truly exceptional. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. I particularly loved the interior decor. The only downside was that the bathroom felt quite stuffy, as the air vent did not seem to be working. We didn’t complain about it, though. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options, although some of the dishes could have been prepared with a little less oil. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The hotel is a little north of downtown Old City, but very easy to reach by public transit. The staff were friendly. Our room was nicely sized and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had a rainfall showerhead. It would have been nice to have a moveable makeup mirror. This was a nice hotel and we would stay again

The staff at break fast restaurant are all very supportive, very special thanks to Mert (and his other colleague that I could not get his name). Both were very friendly with us and with my baby son.
