Nice hotel and location, convenient and walking distance from major attractions. Terrace restaurant has a perfect view but it was overpriced. Hotel offers breakfast in the morning and this was very nice. Our room was very small, not enough space and noisy (street side). I would come back to this hotel but would reserve bigger room and quite side of the hotel.

There was no view at all, non smoking rooms. No parking, they were building an apartment close to the hotel and last day we noticed our rental car window is broken because of probably a small stone from that building! Staff were very nice and speaking good English! Very helpful! But i paid a hotel with parking not street parking which was not even enough to pass a one care!

We have stayed iat Lady Diana a few times already. Rooms are very clean and housekeepers do a good job. However the rooms are small which I think is normal for a historic places like Sultanahmet. Reception was great. Special thanks to Jafer the front desk manger who always treated us very warmly and with respect. The afternoon concierge person however seems to be unhappy with what he does. He is always cold, impatient and not helpful with his short answers to questions . Breakfast is good and very well served with frequent smiles from the servers like Atila and Arkan in a breath taking view from 6th floor and rooftop. . Resturant food is in good quality too. The coffee machine there however is OBSOLETE and needs to be replaced. Espresso and other speciality coffee from this machine taste anything but coffee.

Das Hotel befindet sich am perfekten Platz in Sichtweite zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Jedoch ist die Sauberkeit des Hotels am bodenlosen Niveau. Bei der Ankunft fanden wir fremde Haare überall. Am schlimmsten die waren am Bett unter dem Polster usw… schrecklich war auch die Klomuschel wegen der Rückstände vom vorigen Gast. Wir haben natürlich den Manager kontaktiert aber beim Saubermachen ist nichts besonderes passiert. Es wir nur staubgesaugt und Bettdecke sowie Handtücher getauscht. Keine Nassreinigung! Wir kommen sicher nie wieder!
