Experience authentique dans un petit hôtel

Bravo à toute l'équipe pour son accueil souriant et son souci de satisfaire le client. La salle de bain est impeccable, la literie aussi et le calme est total. Une mention spéciale pour la terrasse où est servi le petit-déjeuner. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Istanbul staying

The service was good, everyone had been friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large enough for three people. The most interesting thing is the area where the hotel is located. It is a mix between touristic (as it is preety close to the main attractions) and local life. Not so close to the nearest metro station.

Alles war super. Das Personal i das Frühstück sehr nice 👍. Wir hatten zwei normale Zimmer, da wir mit Kind waren haben sie von sich aus ein upgrade auf Familie Zimmer gleich gemacht. Der Grand Baazar ist 900m vom Hotel entfernt.

Overall, the service was good, you get what you pay for. However, at the beginning there was some poor organization as we were sent to another hotel for the first night, which should not have happened.

Quartier pas terrible du tout, on nous a même dit que c’était « dangereux ». Le personnel n’est pas très accueillant, petit déjeuné salé donc pour ceux qui aime le sucré n’oubliez pas d’amener vos gâteaux. Les chambres sont pas mal dans l’ensemble & plutôt propre.

Sejour en famille agreable dans cet hotel familial. Lhotel est bien situe avec vue sur la mosquee bleue et la mer marmara. Acces presque immediat a la station kumkapi et ensuite desserte sur tout istanbul. Merci a Omer pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Un grand clin d'œil a Merdja pour son sourire et sa bonne humeur au petit déjeuner, qui a rendu linstant encore plus agréable.

The balcony door was very loud, window was broken. Room was small, only one copy of key and no way to lock from inside without key. No sausage or meats for breakfast, could have been better.

My wife, our two children, and I stayed here for a week, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room was spotless throughout our stay. We appreciated having hot water available 24/7, which made our stay even more comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great start to our mornings. The property is in a fantastic location, conveniently close to all the major tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Hôtel pratique et accueillant.

Hôtel simple, confortable et bien placé dans quartier typique, à deux pas des sites de Sultanhamet et de la ligne de tram. Accueil, services, disponibilité et amabilité de l'équipe de réception impeccables. Nous étions dans une chambre un peu petite (10 m2) mais correctement équipée. Jolie vue depuis la terrasse en rough top.

The location and terrace of the hotel were great BUT there are some areas in which it needs to improve. 1. Service: The front desk was always very nice. However, we asked for the room to be cleaned two days in a row and nothing happened. Moreover, the service at breakfast was unfriendly on some of the days, which is why we felt quite unwelcome. Service seamed to be annoyed about the fact that we wanted to have breakfast at 10 AM even though it is available until 11 AM. 2. Cleanliness of the room: When we arrived to the Hotel, there was still some hair in the shower walls and the overall cleanliness was just OK. 3. Shower: When we tried to shower in the morning at 7 AM, but there was no running water at first. After a while there was some water coming out of the shower head but it smelled like it was coming right out of the sewer.

We received a really warm welcome to this lovely little hotel. We found the room to be clean, spacious and very comfortable. Staff at the hotel are really helpful, offered advice around day trips and even let us borrow their Istanbulkart! The breakfast room is lovely; great view of the city and really fresh and tasty food to start the day. The ladies who prepare the breakfast are nice, what they lack in English they make up for in hospitality. The hotel is in the old city which has nice restaurants about 5 mins walk away, the immediate area looks very 'lived in' but I like the charm that it offers and it felt very safe whilst walking around at night. I'd definitely stay here again.

Location fantastic for main tourist attractions. Overall good value for money. Lots of local eating places within walking distance. Hotel staff friendly, room adequate and very clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast adequate so value for money. However, room 503 had an issue with hot water in the shower, in the mornings when complained was informed it was a technical issue so had to wait over an hour to have a shower in the mornings.
