The rooms were clean The reception staff and kitchen staff members were very friendly and helpful The breakfast was amazing every day the crepes and omelettes that were made from Zeynep were amazing she even looked after me for 3 days while I was sick she made me lemon honey tea The bell boy Ali was very helpful with directions and organising taxi when I needed it The barman Adriyana made my Turkish coffee and was very friendly Şahsenem from reception helped out a lot with directions and shops near by All in all the staff members were excellent and was very easy getting to as the Metro was very close I would recommend this hotel to everyone

The breakfast was on point. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The area was clean. I did not meet the manager due to my short stay, Sefa was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure my friends and I had a wonderful stay. She even had breakfast sandwiches for me and my friends who were staying at another hotel. Her communication and follow-up was impeccable. Kudos to the drivers for our transfers and on time departure. Thank you. The hotel is situated in the middle of everything and a walking distance to shops, restaurants, tram station, etc. loved the good exercise. The only issue I had and when reported, it was corrected immediately; the sink in the bathroom was clogged. The other issue that needs to be worked on was the open space in front of the shower. No glass door or shower curtain as a shield to prevent water from dripping all over the floor. Something to look into. Other that this, everything went off smoothly. Thank you.

Hotel location was near a lot of shops including grand bazaar. Getting the metro wasn’t that much far away from the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The staff at breakfast time was amazing ~ Ahmet ~ Head Waiter was very kind and caring. I had my two grandchildren with me who loved the pancakes °•☆▪︎.... x The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spotless. The cleaners were polite. I would recommend this hotel its close to everything
