Highly Recommended – Will Return!

I’m so grateful for my stay here – everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. But what stood out the most was the staff – so friendly, helpful, and professional. I truly felt seen and cared for. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be coming back!

So many things is bed about this hotel .rooms very small, The staff are not nice ,I asked for a bottle of water they want to charge me extra ,they only put water first day the rest I bought my own water from outside, they charge me money for a pillow cover cause they said it has stained and more and more they charged extra money for my guest stayed with me ,breakfast is horrible… I don’t recommend no body to sleep in that hotel it’s not worth a 1star.

Je trouve que l'hôtel n'est pas un 4 etoiles mais plus un 3 etoiles. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix et très répétitif. Pas de viennoisserie ou crêpes ou pancakes. Pas d'omelette faite sur mesure. Pas de jus frais. Les chambres sont propres.

Berbattı ben fatihteki otel den rezervasyon yaptırdım ama Aksaray'daki otelde dediler ama uygulamanızdaki haritada net olarak baktım fatihte kızımın kaldığı yurdun karşısında olanı seçtim, old yazıyormuş yok cty olması gerekiyor muş… farkı vereyim oraya geçelim dedik yardımcı olamazlarmış vs. Rezil ettiler 1 gecelik tatilimizi varoş semti ipsiz sapsızların yuvası aksarayda korka korka 1 gece geçirdik ve otelde berbattı
