Super nice nice, strategic location

This hotel is in the middle of the attractions and main shopping districts, all within minutes of walking. More important is the staff friendlyness. I needed to put things in the freezer, and the receptionists and support staff were all very helpful with our needs. Breakfast is varied and healthy. Very happy with our stay here.

First of all the location is great, it is so easy and convenient to go and see all the attractions. And the room is clean and the breakfast is great. The staff is great and very nice. The only one minor issue is the power outlet above the desk in the bedroom doesn’t have power, so we have to use the one at lower place on the wall and sometimes had to sit down on the floor. Hope the power outlet can be repaired.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal muy agradables y atentos, la habitacion regular, el tapiz del cabecero de la cama muy sucio, la griferia del baño muy antigua y mal funcionamiento, el inodoro muy viejo, aunque estaba limpio, no daba la sensacion de limpieza, las toallas tambien muy viejas, y lo peor de todo, había cucarachas, mala experiencia de habitacion, en las fotos parece mas amplia y nueva, pero todo es viejo y mal consevado, puertas de armario sin tirador, perta de minibar rota sin cristal, para mi es un 2 estrellas como mucho y por el precio que pagué, no es lo que esperaba. Muy decepcionado.

Le service de chambre est impeccable : la chambre était toujours propre et bien entretenue tout au long du séjour. Le personnel est présent, attentionné et à l’écoute de nos besoins. La chambre est un peu étroite, mais on s’y sent très à l’aise. L’hôtel est calme, ce qui permet de bien se reposer après une journée de visites. La localisation est parfaite : à quelques minutes à pied des principaux monuments historiques, à 2 minutes d’un arrêt de tram T1 pour explorer le reste d’Istanbul. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, notamment la qualité des viennoiseries, mais cela reste correct pour bien commencer la journée.

Hotellet var jätte dåligt jämfört med det som visades på hemsidan! Väldigt ofräscht och lukten av fläkten kom i vårt rum! Det luktade mat kl 6 på morgonen! Jätte störigt! På bilderna visade att de hade frukost på över plan men det va på betalt inte det som ingick i priset! Skulle aldrig rekommendera den till någon!

Hotel in super Lage. Straßenbahn Gülhane in 1Minute erreichbar. Eminönü auf der eine Seite, Hagia Sophia Moschee auf der anderen Seite in ca. 7-10Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal ist sehr nett und höflich. Frühstücksbüfe vollkommen ausreichend und vielfältig. Es gab immer wieder mal was neues. Was ich nur bemängeln kann ist dass das Hotel etwas renovierungsbedürftig ist. Nicht zu vergessen das beste ist die Terrasse mit einer tollen Aussicht.

Hallo meine Damen und Herren, in der ersten Nacht musste ich Im Hotel schlafen, weil wohl eine Doppelbuchung bestanden hätte und muss den nächsten Tag mit meinen Koffern ins gebucht. Hotel ich war mit meiner Elfjährigen Tochter dort und das fand ich nicht gut.. Außerdem war die Duschkabine nicht dicht, so dass man beim duschen eine kleine Überschwemmung im Badezimmer hatte. Im Zimmer selber waren zu wenig Steckdosen. Der Frühstücksbereich war auch ziemlich klein und wurde auch von gestern genutzt die nicht im Hotel Übernachtet haben. Deshalb sind wir morgens früh aufgestanden, um in Ruhe zu frühstücken. Wir werden auch lieber später frühstücken gegangen, aber das war nicht möglich.
