I been there for 2weeks very far from everything and stuff is no useful. And breakfast oh my god 15 days same breakfast make us sick . They should change the menu a least once a week .

İstanbula geldiğimizde düzenli olarak tercih ettiğimiz bir otel, odalar ferah ve çok temiz fakat son konaklamamızda duşakabin su akıtıyordu banyo su içinde kaldı birkaç defa düşme tehlikesi atlattım onun dışında gönül rahatlığı ile tercih edebileceğiniz bir otel.

Rooms are neat. Food good and moderate prices. Staff are excellent especially Serva Dora in the cafe, Betse and Yasin in the reception. Manager of the hotel is very good and treated us with kind hospitality.

Otel çalışanları çok değişik. İnsanlara yardımcı olmak yerine ukala ukala cevap vermeleri. Giriş yaparken Çocuk yatağı istemem rağmen 2 saat sonra size yardımcı olamayacağız demeleri. Neden sorusuna Oda kapalı açamıyoruz. Ayrıca büyük yatak iki kişilik ortası açık insan araya düşüyor. Çarşaflar düzensiz özensiz Yorgan kılıfı açık yorganın arasına insan girer yani. Giriş yaparken odaya bakmak isteğimizi belittiğimizde Yönetim kararı var gösteremeyiz demeleri . İnanın bir gece için bile kalınmayacak bir otel Paranıza yazık.

Nothing works: the elevator is constantly broken, the pool remains closed despite promises to fix it within two days, and nothing has been done. The only good thing is the staff, who are nice people, but the hotel itself is bad.
