Aynura from guest relation and Yasin and Sezgin were really fantastic. Thank you! The service was really great! When my aunt wanted a different type of yoghurt they went out and got it. I would stay here again!

Very good breakfast though could have made it easier to get cutlery . Lovely room and great surroundings ,very convenient for old city . Hotel restaurants very good particularly liked the Galeyan restaurant. Enjoyed having the Spa facilities to relax after days busy sightseeing. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel was lovely and in a really good area to access tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The room was large and clean. Sraff celebrated our anniversary by giving us some treats in the room which was very kind. The breakfast was basic but nice. We enjoyed our stay here and would retun back to this hotel if we were in istanbul again.

We had a great stay here. The property is well maintained and shares a Hamman-style Spa with their sister hotel across the street. Access to sauna and steam room was included in the stay, which was an excellent relaxation after a long day of exploring the city!
