Nice location

Great and smiling service..great breakfast but huge cummon fly problem..room heater was not working properly and property has to have a shuttle service to/from the bus stop and can charge the service.. property has a great view and location but the side street, enterance and the outside of the building is not nice you might feel some dissapointment but the view calms you down..lots of improvements needed.over all we left happy.

Nice place to getaway from the city.

Our stay was for one night only for a break from the hustle and bustle of Kadikoy. The rooms were really clean and modern and the vanity packs and toiletries were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful above and beyond what is necessary and a pleasure to talk with. Overall this is a nice hotel for a relaxing stay away from the city. The only negative I have is not about the hotel, but hotel.com in this case. The location on the map is incorrect and we wasted 2 hours walking to the wrong location and sorting out a taxi to the correct location once we realised the information from Hotel com was wrong. As we were only staying one night this was a pain.

The place is amazingly located, super quiet and calm, nice atmosphere. The staff is really nice and helpful and were always interested to find a good solution when a problem occured. The drinks and the food were super good, the rooms with this really nice sea view are very very beautiful.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless, seriously one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in. The staff were super kind and always helpful with a smile on their faces. We stayed in a room with a balcony and wow—the view was out of this world! Truly one of the most breathtaking views you’ll ever see. Breakfast was just right—simple but fresh and enough to start your day happy. The beach area was chill and comfy, and the DJ sets in the evening made it all the more fun. Great vibes all around! Can’t wait to come back. 💛

Easisest escape from the stress of Istanbul

I've preferred here beacuse it is close to istanbul where i live, and it has pool and beach together and I didn't regret! Location is excellent, it is far from the crowd and built environment of Buyukada, if you want to enjoy the nature. I've arrived there by shuttle, then taken a walk around 5-10 minutes. It is also possible to go there by boat. I didn't prefer to go to the center while I stay. I like how the rooms located. The main building has the most rooms but when you go down to the hill, they've used inclination and built group of rooms with the view of the sea. It could be great if you travel as a crowded group because those units have common patio. Beach area is very large, crowded on weekends but noone disturbs anyone, everyone is having fun in a respectful way. There is a dj show, I really enjoyed. Sea is clean, staff is friendly and always helpful. Rooms are well decorated, has a great view. Breakfast is not bad , simple Turkish breakfast, I just would like to have scrambled eggs or omelette, coffee is not included in breakfast. Also, need to mention the cats, they were soo sweet, there was also a mother cat with three babies! Staff was so kind to them, they were able to be with us anytime. In general, I really liked to stay in The Roof Ada, I would definetly stay there again, It's a great easy escape from the stress of Istanbul

Bahçede sandalyeler masalar kırık odalar dışında her şey bakımsız bizim kaldığımız odada oturucak bi tabure bile yoktu sadece yatak neyse ki temizdi. kahvaltı erken giderseniz tamam yoksa bulduğunuzla yetiniyorsunuz. Çalışanlarla ilgili bi sorun yaşamadık.

2 gun kafa dinlemekl icin gittik. Odamizin uzerinde restaurantin bahcesi vardi,sesten ne sabah ne aksam rahat edemedik. Menu fiyatlari asiri yuksek, emin olun alacatida boyle fiyatlar yok. Ucuz pansiyonlarin bile odasinda kettle, cay, kahve var ama burda yok:) bir daha tercih edecegimi dusunmuyorum.

Odada eşyalar için dolap yok, banyoda havlunuzu, ıslaklarınızı asacak herhangi bir askılık mevcut değil. Duşlarda kullanılan malzemeler çok kaliteli. Beach için gelenlere ücretsiz beach konseptinde harcama limiti veriliyor ancak otel misafirlerine herhangi bir indirim bir güzellik uygulanmıyor ve beach menüsü aşırı gereksiz pahalı. Şemsiyeler sürekli yerlerinden çıkıyor, görevli her zaman bulunmuyor. Kahvaltıda hep cam kenarları rezerve ve az çeşit mevcut. Bazı çalışanlar son lokmamda başımda bekleyip alıyorum tabağını dedi ve aldı..bitse de gitsek modundalar. Ayrıca canlı müziğe denk gelirseniz gece 00:00’ı geçiyordu hala odanızda bangır bangır bu sesle yaşamak durumundasınız. Havuz ve etrafı temiz genel olarak havu deniz otelin manzarası peysajı çok çok güzel. Akşam yemeği için otelde kalmak isterseniz yine tüm menüyü söyleyemiyorsunuz sadece ana yemek kategorisindeki 3-4 yemekten birini söylemek zorundasınız pizza makarna patates kızartması vs söyleyemiyorsunuz. Ana yemekler ve içecekler de aşırı pahalı. Biz merkeze gittik otobüsle fakat durağa giden yolda ışık yok ıssız ve çok korkutucu.

Genel olarak tatmin edici. Odalar temiz, kahvaltı güzel, çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Dekorasyonu ve doğası mükemmel. Sıcak su var, banyoda ve odada tek kullanımlık eşyalar her şey vardı. Kendi plajı ve şezlongların ücretsiz olması güzel. Otelin adadan servisi olması harika. Olumsuz yönleri: Odaların hemen önündeki havuz başında gece 11’e kadar yüksek sesle canlı pop arabesk müzik yapıldığı için gürültüden odada durulmuyor. Müzik türü de hoşunuza gitmiyorsa rahatsız ediyor. Gündüz de havuz müziği ve havuzu kullananların sesi odaya geliyor çünkü balkonlar havuzun dibinde. Otelin 2 ayrı binası var. Balkonlu odalar fotoğrafta yüksek gibi görünüyordu ama meğer 2 katlı binada ilk katı yüksek giriş seviyesindeymiş. Gündüz plajda da müzik çok yüksek sesli. Kafasını dinlemek isteyenler için uygun bir yer olmayabilir. Gece diğer odalarda yüksek sesle konuşanların sesi rahatsız etti. Kahvaltıda sinekler tabaklarınıza konmaya çalışıyor. Sinek kovalamaktan kahvaltı keyfi kaçıyor. Kesinlikle sineklere çözüm bulunmalı. Odada kıyafet askılığı var ama eşyaları ya da ayakkabıları koymak için dolap yok. Otel adanın biraz ücra köşesinde olduğu için akşam 8’den sonra ancak taksiyle gelebilirsiniz. Taksi yaklaşık 400 tl tutuyor. 8’e kadar da dolmuşlar var ama onlar da ucuz değil ve tam otelin orda bırakmıyormuş.

Otelde 1 gece arkadaşlarımla konakladık Büyükada’nın merkezinde değil iskelenin tam arka noktasında kalıyor otobüsle biraz yürümek gerekiyor patika bir yoldan ya da adanın taksileriyle ulaşabilirsiniz . Otelin beachi gayet güzeldi deniz biraz yosunlu tabi ama bazı noktaları daha temiz biz girebildik Deniz manzarası muhteşemdi yeşilliklerin içinde güzel bir otel göründüğü kadar büyük değil daha küçük bir işletme. kahvaltısı açık büfe yeterli seçenek vardı. Cok keyifli ve dinlendirici iki gün geçirdik. Otelin konumu kendinizi küçük bir Ege kasabasindaymis gibi hissettiriyor. Manzara ve havuz basi mükemmel, odalar tertemiz, klima etkili. Ayrica otelin sehir merkezine götüren ücretsiz tekneleri mevcut. Otobüsle de çok kolay gidilebilir (Lunaparkta inip bir 5-6 dakika sirin bir orman yolunda yürüyorsunuz). Açik büfe kahvaltisi gayet güzel, doyurucu ve kaliteliydi. Ürünler bittikçe ekleniyordu. Yemeklerini de lezzetli bulduk. Yalniz fiyatlar biraz fazla yüksek tutulmus. Bir biranin 390 tl olmasi bence abartili. Fiyatlar biraz daha uygun yapilsa eminim daha fazla tüketim olur. Son olarak da bazi servis elemanlari biraz daha güler yüzlü olabilir. Sabah kahvaltiya indiginizde günaydin diyebilir.

Sadece iki gün kaldım, insanlar güler yüzlü ve samimi. Deniz güzel, havuz güzel, odam çok güzeldi. Gayet memnun kaldım.

Akşam ana yemek konusunda et, balık ve tavuk türünde çok çeşit olmasa da seçebileceğiniz yemekler var. Mezeler olarakta yeterliydi. Kahvaltı için en büyük problemi sinek olarak söyleyebilirim. Bu problemi aşmamak orada kahvaltıdan alacağımız keyfin büyük bir kısmını götürüyor. Hayvan dostu bir işletme olduğunu belli eden bir kedi grubuna sahip. Çok güzel hayvanlar gerçekten ancak özellikle akşam yemeğinde bir ordu gibi dolaşmaları hayvanlardan korkan biri için oldukça sorunlu bir gece geçirmesine sebep olabilir. Yatak konforluydu ve temizlik konusunda da herhangi bir sorun görünmüyordu. Ancak onu bahçeli olan odaların havuz kısmının alt katında olması ve akşam yemeğinden sonra havuz etrafındaki masaların toplanması ve şezlongların yerleştirilmesi 1 saatlik bitmeyen bir çileye dönüşüyor. Ses yalıtımı yan odadakilerin konuşmasını duyabileceğim kadar. Haliyle üstteki masa ve şezlong cekistirmeleri eğer gece 00:30-01:00 dan önce yatağa girmeyecekseniz bir kabus yaşatabilir. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeklerindeki servis ve ilgilenen arkadaşlar kusursuzdu diyebilirim. Akşam yemeklerinde bizimle ilgilenen Murat beye teşekkür ederim. Resepsiyon yoğunluğundan telefon ile iletişime geçmeniz çok mümkün olmuyor. Sitelerinde yer alan numaralardan WhatsApp yolu ile iletişime geçmeniz daha kısa sürede çözüme ulaşmanız için önemli. Denizin taşsız ve kum olması, deniz dalgalı olsa da bulunduğumuz koyda dalga olmaması güzeldi. Ancak şezlonglarin minderlerinin kir ve yıpranmışlığı çok kötüydü.

Für mich nichts

Ich war mir 2 Kindern hier, da auf der Internetseite das Hotel als ruhiges Hotel deklariert war. Das Hotel selbst ist wirklich nur für Pärchen oder Einzelne gedacht, die gerne am Strand liegen, trinken und Spaß haben möchten. Laute Musik und DJ sind im Angebot mit drin. Nachts merkt man wie hellhörig die Wände sind. Während andere Spaß im Nebenzimmer hatten -auch schön jeden Abend abwechselnde Paare- habe ich gelesen (danke Diogenes) und zwischendurch Stoßgebete gen Himmel geschickt, damit die Kinder ja nicht auswachen. Unser Zimmer, Blick aufs Meer, war sauber und wirklich tolle Aussicht, wenn nicht die Dauerbeschallung und Dauerlicht (Nacht) gewesen wäre. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und das wirklich Nette an diesem Objekt. ALLE sehr nett. Das Frühstück war das langweiligste, was ich je in einem Hotel hatte. Auch die günstigsten Hotels haben ein bisschen Abwechslung, aber hier wartet man lange darauf. Während ich da war fragte ich mich, womit der Preis gerechtfertigt ist, mit nichts. Vielleicht wegen Insta? Ich weiß es nicht. Positiv war das Angebot des Hotels, die Gäste mit einem Boot, das direkt am Hotel anlegt, zur *Innenstadt* der Insel zu bringen. Lecker waren die Mezzes am Abend, aber leider auch hier unglaubliche Preise. Ich weiß, die Insel ist teuer, aber das war schon unverschämt. Also Familien bleibt lieber zu Hause. Oder liebe U35er und frisch Verliebte, hier könnt ihr euch Tag und Nacht austoben.
