Hotel is clean. It’s about 45 mn away from the airport, in a residential area. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is good and has varied items. About 30 mn away from Karakoy and Galata Tower

Close enough to walk to many places, but never had to wait more than a minute or two for taxi if needed to go further. The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional and could not have asked for better. Rooms were always clean and amenities were fine. Would happily stay there again.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. Great spot if you are Istanbul to enjoy the nightlife. Not great if you want to relax in your room and sleep early. Overall it was a lovely hotel

Long weekend stay

The Mona Bosphorus exceeded our expectations. Great hotel with amazingly comfortable beds, extremely helpful and friendly staff, a great position that is within walking distance of the main street and many places to grab a bite to eat or a coffee. Some of the streets leading to the hotel are a bit steep but easily walkable and the taxi's were mostly OK getting to the hotel even in the rare snow which we had while we were there

Mona is an amazing hotel in a great location. All the staff were kind and responsive to any request. The cleaning lady was such a beautiful soul and with a positive attitude. I recommend Mona hotel to everyone :)

Mutfağın ve genel tuvaletin dibindeki harka oda

Genel olarak otel kötü degil, temizlik vs iyi. En buyu sorun bize verilen oda resepsiyonun hemen arkasinda, restoranın dibinde, genel kadın tuvaletinin odanin duvarina komşu olmasıydı. Boyle konumdaki bir yer ancak depo olarak degerlendirilecekken odaya cevrilmis. Sabah tüm personelin sesi odadaydı. Erken saatteki kahvaltı hazırlığını dinlemek zorunda kalmak, tuvaletteki sessleri odada dinlemek özellikle kağıt dispenserinin gürültüsü...bunlar olmasa iyi olacaktı. Bir de kahvaltı salonu sanki deniz manzaralı zannediliyor fotoğraflarda. O gorulen teras kral dairesiymiş.

Diğer odalar nasıldır bilemiyorum tabiki ama kaldığımız oda ne yazık ki hayal kırıklığı oldu. Birincisi oda çok küçüktü ve hareket alanı çok dardı. Asıl sorun kaldığımız odanın lobi katında olmasından dolayı lobideki bütün sesin ve ışığın odaya girmesiydi. Asla rahat bir uyku uyuyamadık. Odaya sürekli konuşma, bulaşık yıkama, tabak çanak sesleri geliyordu. Kapının altından ve yanlarından içeri çok ışık girdi ve ciddi bir rahatsızlık verdi. Kapının altına havlu sermek zorunda kaldık. Bir diğer sorun da odanın penceresininin restaurant bölümü ile bitişik olmasıydı. Sabaha doğru odaya yemek kokuları geliyordu. Belki üst kat odalarda bu sorunlar olmayabilir ancak kötü bir tecrübe oldu ve tercih ettiğime pişmanım.

Instead of double room, take twin. The double room has limited space to move. The basin of the bed and matresse are not fitting. For that reason one side is collapsing, besides the middle part is also collapsing. It was not a good bed choice. Also the location is very hilly. Be ready to climb a very steep slopes. Not easy to drive the car if you come with a car in this steep and narrow streets . There is closed parking space.

Giriş kattaki oda da konakladım. Oda kapısında aralık kaldığı için koridor ışığı tamamen oda içerisindeydi. Resepsiyonu arayıp ışık ve gürültü geldiğini belirtmeme rağmen bi önlem alınmadı.Yatak örtüsü ile kapı aralıklarını kapatmaya çalıştım. Kapıda aralık oldugundan ve restaurant yanı oldugundan gece 2 ye kadar mutfak gürültüsü ve resepsiyon gürültüsünden uyku uyuyamadım. Otelde uyumak için kalıyoruz. Bu kadar gürültüde nasıl uyunabilir. Geceliğine 3500 tl ödediğim oda da sabaha kadar uyuyamadım.
