Well, after reading many reviews about this hotel I was very skeptical before booking this place, but since it is Istanbul, I barely sit in the hotel and decided to take my chances and I was glad that I did , the hotel location is not in the best area when it comes to class but the area has everything you need and very affordable, it is very close to all transportation, tram and metro are walkable, Eminono is at a walkable distance also, and the hospitality is top, they were extremely friendly and espically Mr. Hadi, the bottom line, if you are looking for a decent place in a vibrant area go for this.

The staff at this property was very friendly, The lady-her name was Maryam, helped me a lot since my suitcase was not delivered by the airline, she heard my concern and took care of this problem intensively, she called the airline every day and was very polite, the hotel was also very clean I can highly recommend the hotel.

We booked a deluxe family room which was 3 double beds very comfortable and lets face it we were only sleeping there and would be out all day. No plug sockets or lamps by the beds, one socket available by the tv, only one wardrobe so we didn't unpack. Bathroom very nice. No lift so the very helpful chap on reception helped us lug our suitcases up to the room. A pleasant stay and an area we hope to return to. Breakfast was adequate and enough for some initial fuel before eating pide and bourak from the local shops. There is a small supermarket A101 just round the corner where you could buy essentials.

We booked a superior family room and paid extra to have 3 double beds, on arrival we had 2 doubles and a single, reception didn't want to know and almost said tough basically. We searched for hotels near Taksim Sq and this come up as 0.3miles away so thought ideal. It is nowhere near its a 1.5mile uphill walk away and you wouldnt risk your life with a taxi - very dodgy and not to be trusted. The bathroom was just pathetic - shower door hanging off, cupboard door under sink hanging off and could only just about get in to close the door. Overall I would not stay here again.

İstanbul'daki konaklamamızla ilgili olarak, maalesef memnuniyetsizliklerimizi belirtmek istiyorum. Victorious Otel'de üç gece geçirdik ve yaşadığımız deneyimler oldukça hayal kırıklığıydı.. Oda konforu ve hijyen konusunda ciddi sorunlar yaşadık. Resimdeki gibi değildi. İki kişilik yatak beklediğimizden çok daha küçüktü ve yastıklar oldukça rahatsızdı. Odanın genel alanı oldukça dar ve sıkışıktı.. Kahvaltı hizmeti de beklentilerimizin çok altındaydı. Sadece peynir, zeytin, domates ve salatalık sunulması oldukça yetersizdi. Ayrıca, odamızda minibar için dolap var ama boş, temel bir ihtiyaç olan suyun bile olmaması da şaşırtıcıydı. Banyo da da hijyen konusunda sıkıntılar var, tuvalet kağıdı önceki misafirin yarım kalan kağıdıydı ve tuvalet kağıdı inanılmaz kalitesiz elinize alır almaz dağılan tek katlı kağıtlardandı. Buklet ürünlerin kalitesizliği ve havluların lekeli olması, temizlik standartlarının ne kadar düşük olduğunu gösteriyordu. Havluları değiştirsek de, yenilerinin de lekeli olması oldukça hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Otelin bulunduğu alan güvenli değil, aracı park ettiğimiz bina boşluğu çukur-taşlık alan. Mahalle olarak da güvenilir değil.. Bu deneyimlerin, beklentilerimizi karşılamayan ve bizim için rahat bir konaklama sağlamayan bir hizmet olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Bu nedenle, bu konularda gerekli önlemlerin alınmasını ve gelecekteki konukların benzer sıkıntılar yaşamamasını umuyoruz.

Wir wurden für die 1.Nacht in einem Nebenhotel untergebracht, dessen Standard weit unter dem Victorious Hotel lag. Die Gegend ist sehr ärmlich, Kinder betteln am Schaufenster beim Frühstück. Zimmer sind ok. Warmes Wasser beim Duschen gibt’s nur, wenn man als einer der Ersten am Morgen duscht. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt.

Wir sind Ansicht den ganzen Tag unterwegs gewesen und waren deshalb nur zum schlafen da, aber obwohl wir um Reinigung gebeten haben ist nicht sauber gemacht worden. Benutzte Hausschuhe sind entsorgt gewesen aber keine neuen bereit gestellt. Personal war nett und entgegenkommend. Die Gegend ist etwas schaurig für eine reine Frauengruppe.

Leider war das Hotel Überbucht und wir mussten die erste Nacht zu viert in einem Zimmer schlafen, statt wie gebucht 2 Zimmer. Alternative war ein Zimmer im Hotel in der Nähe mit einem schlechteren, nicht sauberen Zimmer. Geld zurück gab es dafür leider nicht. Auf den Mangel angesprochen gab es nur das Angebot eine Nacht länger zu bleiben oder ein gutes Angebot bei der nächsten Buchung. Ansonsten Hotel in guter Lage, Zimmer OK, Frühstück mit wenig Auswahl aber schöne Terrasse zum Essen.

Im Großen und Ganzen war es okay, weil die Lage sehr gut war und man alles zu Fuß erreichen konnte. An Sauberkeit hat es leider gemangelt; fleckige Bettwäsche, dreckiger Boden und Wasserkocher etc. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung für den Preis. Auch wenn alles sehr negativ klingt, kann ich das Hotel für Reisende empfehlen, die den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind und nur einen Platz zum Schlafen brauchen.

Nous avons passer 3 nuit dans cette hôtel Je regrette totalement d'avoir choisi cette hôtel Niveau chambre la chambre et plutôt jolie Mais niveau odeur dans la chambre c'est affreux La salle de bain odeur de remonter d'égout 24/24 a fuir vraiment Quartier mal fréquenter Petit déjeuner compris dans le prix c'est bien mais arriver le matin on déchanté vite le café, jus d'orange n'est pas compris Le soir nous avons manger une pizza et un plat de pâte pas assez cuit Le prix a changer entre se qui ya écrit sur la carte et au moment de la caisse La machine soit disant avait beugué elle pouvais pas 'nous donner le prix en tapant a la caisse avec le ticket N'y aller pas surtout avec des enfant Impossible a dormir trop bruyant mal insonorisées Les serviette sont pas changer régulièrement La couette était trouer J ai juste tâcher un peux la housse d'oreille et l'oreiller suite à une opération ( greffe capillaire) on m'a enlever le coussin on c retrouver avec un oreiller pour 2 Je c'est pas comment hôtel.com peux laisser se genre d'hôtel sur son sites c'est inadmissible Le wifi fonctionne 1h sur 3 jour Et personnel très désagréable

Also das war wirklich mit Abstand das schlimmste Hotel in dem wir je waren. Zuerst haben wir ALTES ESSEN im Kühlschrank entdeckt was einfach nur gestunken hat! Zwei Tage wurde es nicht entfernt ! Erst nach wiederholtem erwähnen haben die es endlich entfernt, aber nicht sauber gemacht. Uns wurde versprochen , dass unsere Koffer nach oben getragen werden. Stunden später passierte nicht. Die Leute an der Rezeption sagen immer „ja , wir kümmern uns drum“ aber es geschieht NICHTS! Daraufhin waren auf unserem Bettlaken Flecken, wir haben selber unsere Bettlaken gewechselt. Jetzt kommt der SCHOCK! Nachdem unsere Zimmer „geputzt“ wurden, wurde das Fenster inklusive die Tür einfach aufgelassen! Den ganzen Tag über!!! Auf dem Boden waren Endspurten usw. Ohne abzuschließen. Es waren so viele Wertsachen im Zimmer. Als wir es dann an der Rezeption beim Chef erwähnten, erwiderte er dreist , er habe vertrauen in seine Mitarbeiter und es würde ja nichts passieren, man könne es ja über die überwachungskamera sehen. Es hat jeden Tag gestunken! Nach Öl, fett und essen. Man konnte nicht mal lüften. Beim Frühstück waren die Teller und das Besteck total schmierig mit essen bedeckt. Das personal war echt nett. Badezimmer waren auch sauber. Aber der Rest war schrecklich. Keine Stelle für Mädels, die Umgebung ist voll mit Männern die gaffen. Also, vermeidet dieses Hotel!
