The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. When my room key didn’t work, a staff member arrived in under three minutes and resolved it immediately—no waiting at all. The tea selection was a lovely touch, and the $10 breakfast completely exceeded expectations—hands down one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, especially for the price. Incredible value and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again."

We LOVED all the amenities including robes, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, comb, and more little things that made us feel welcome. The room was cozy and inviting after a long travel day. "

"Excellent value, close to airport with free shuttle buses to/from there and the nearby town of Narita (which has an amazing temple and a great mall). More food and drink options besides the relatively staid and expensive restaurant would make it even better. We liked the ice cream vending machine along with the pool and hot tub."
