Hotel Excelsior Splendide
10/10 Excellent
"Old style European hotel. Lovely architecture, centrally located and old world ambiance. Views of the lake are exceptional. Staff was extremely helpful and polite- despite being harried constantly by guests. Especially Gloria! My wife left her phone in the transport car from Milan airport. She got it back for us! Breakfast was good, clean, efficient as was maid and front desk service. Only downside was no Kleenex in the rooms. But that’s really nothing."

"We have just had an amazing stay at this Hotel Serenella, ideally situated in a quiet area but close to all amenities, clean room, friendly and helpful staff and owners, cannot fault our experience. Breakfast is fresh daily and delicious with variety. Will be staying here again."

"This is a fantastic property, you feel you are still in 1890 with the interior kept to that standard and time. Wonderful seating areas with a 1900 bar make you feel Poirot will come around a corner. Breakfast is served in a grand hall makes you think you are dining with royalty. We'll lo e to come back in the near future"
