Localização excelente. Funcionários solícitos, educados e simpáticos. Café da manhã bem fraco, repetitivo e com pouca variedade, apesar de ficar numa região com várias iguarias deliciosas. A acústica do quarto é péssima; ficamos no segundo andar e o barulho das pessoas fazendo desjejum nos incomodava bastante; fora os outros sons, mas se essas coisas não te incomodam, vale a pena a estadia.

Atendimento da equipe de funcionários muito bom! Instalações antigas, mas conservadas. Não havia sabonete nos banheiros, a cama não é muito confortável e o café da manhã atendeu às expectativas.

Acredito que o hotel não atingiu minhas expectativas. Esperava um tipo de quarto e me colocaram em outro sem muita explicação. A explicação veio depois, mas já tinham nos colocado num quarto inferior. Eu e meu esposo não quisemos nos aborrecer, fomos para descansar, mas não volto.

Fomos bem recebidos, funcionários educados e prestativos, prédio conservado, café da manhã com boas opções. Inclusive para preparação imediata de ovos mexidos etc. Merecia uma piscina aquecida, devido ao clima mais frio não animamos usar a mesma. Fiquei em um quarto com janela voltada para a avenida principal e, por causa do barulho dos carros e das motos, só consegui dormir depois da meia-noite. Além disso, de madrugada acordei novamente com o barulho das motos e não consegui ter uma boa noite de sono. Definitivamente, é um hotel onde eu não recomendo se hospedar.

Alguns alimentos estavam com sabor de velho; o suco de laranja estava passado; poucas variedades de frutas; o prato de servir o café da manhã era muito pequeno; não tinha itens como mel e geleia para os hóspedes. O quarto era bem básico, faltavam mais outlets para aparelhos eletrônicos.

O ambiente, de forma geral, estava sempre limpo e a equipe foi sempre muito atenciosa e respeitosa. O cardápio do café da manhã estava bem abrangente e adequado, apenas no domingo reduziu um pouco as opções. Um problema observado foi que quando no banho e uma outra pessoa utiliza água da pia ou sanitário etc, seja no mesmo quarto ou outro, o chuveiro reduz significativamente a pressão e volume de água e quando volta vem água muito quente. De mais nenhuma reclamação, só elogios. Super recomendamos...
