We had a wonderful stay overall. The room was excellent — quiet, well-designed, and the view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. We also really appreciated the hotel’s restaurants, facilities, and friendly, attentive staff. That said, some areas felt overcrowded. The front desk and pool were often packed with guests, and there was a long line for the breakfast buffet each morning. The beach wasn’t as beautiful as expected. It was scattered with pieces of broken coral, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. Having an in-room dining option would have made our stay even better. Still, we truly enjoyed the experience and would consider coming back.

This property is well kept and is beautiful. The pools are great as well as locations. Room- excellent. We enjoyed the on-site gym. We would give a 5 star rating with the exception of limited eating options that force you to buy a ‘course’ of food which may include items you don’t want. When we arrived around 5, only 3 or 4 restaurants were available and no a la carte. Additionally they charge per hour for late check out and this seemed a little money- grabby to us. One or 2 hour late check-out should not cost.

Fantastic condition of hotel but not the staffs

Great condition of room and pools. The hardware is 5 star-hotel in no doubt. However, unfortunately, the staff training is not there yet. -Harey's staff forgot my order for 20min until I double-check -Buffet restaurant staff cleaned my all dishes before I finish them (I went to restroom) Meanwhile, front dest & Kanazawa's staffs were great + reliable presence of lifeguards was also an asset.

My wife and I were left so dissatisfied we checked out early and went home. It was an extremely serene and beautiful place but it was lacking in almost every other aspect. The pool hours were too restrictive. The food was not good; you were paying for a gimmick. The bed and pillows were mediocre. The activities hours were inconsistent and minimal. There was never available seating at the pools. They are not tattoo friendly.

去年に引き続き2回目の利用ですが、客室はプレミアムから下げましたが、それでも素敵な部屋で眺望も素晴らしい。プールひ浸かりながらのんびり出来るのが良きとこです。　朝食ブッフェは申し分なしの質と量です。夕食も和洋BBQから選べて楽しいです。一つだけ残念なのは、名前が浸透してしまったのか、来客数が格段に増加しているのが気に掛かりますね。また、来年もまた家族でリフレッシュ旅に利用させて貰います。

施設全体に清潔感がありました。またプール設備が充実していて子供から大人まで満喫できました。共用部にオムツ交換シートがあるトイレが少なくもう少しあると便利かなと思いました。周辺には飲食店やコンビニが無いためホテルで食事を取らない場合は車での移動が必要となります。

プールやプライベートビーチなどの施設が充実していてリゾート感を味わうことが出来ました！少し中心エリアからは距離がありますが、このホテルにして沖縄ならではのリゾート感が味わえて本当に良かったです！朝ごはんのビュッフェもかなり充実していて毎日食べても全然飽きず、楽しむことができました！

景観、施設、お部屋、スタッフ、すべてが最上級。お値段が少々高めですが、リピートします。コーナースイートに宿泊しましたが、依存性が高いと思うので、注意が必要なお部屋でした。

已入住第四次了，一如既往的非常好。工作人員非常親切，早餐非常豐富好食，其他餐廳亦非常好食。環境優美舒服，海天一色。房間非常整潔。空間夠大。
