"Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. "We booked this hostel more than a month ago and arrived around 8 PM after a one-hour drive from San Sebastián. The parking lot was closed, and when my husband walked to the door, he found it locked. He knocked, but no one answered. Suddenly, a guest from a nearby window informed us that the owner had gone out and that he was alone there (with no other guests). The guest suggested we call the numbers posted on the door. We called, but nobody answered.
