“화장실 청소가 되지 않아 변기가 더러웠고 커피등 어매니티가 정상적으로 제공 되지 않았으며 체크인시 이미 이용중인 방을 배정하여 다시 방을 배정해야 하는 등 불편함을 겪었음. 호텔 외관은 그럴싸 했으나 침대 밑에 걸레조각등이 덜어져 불결해 보였음. 일박 후 아침식사도 하지 않고 체크아웃 했음.”

“Staff was attentive and very nice. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday. They served food all day except for an hour between breakfast, lunch, and dinner to set things up. They served a variety of fruits, drinks, and main course meals and desserts. Walking distance from a pharmacy and local vendors. ”
“규정이 바뀌어서 디너 예약 횟수가 정해져 있었지만 빈자리가 있으면 넣어주어서 좋았어요. 멕시코레스토랑 음식이 맛있었고 커피숍 커피와 쿠키도 맛나요. 밤의 산책로도 예쁘고 너구리들도 만날 수 있어요. 카약 액티비티가 재미있었는데 예약이 필요없다는 로비의 안내와는 달리 미리 예약하지 않으면 자리가 없어요. 다음엔 다른 액티비티를 할 수 있길.. 즐거운 여행이였어요.”

“My family and I really liked the options for dinning and their staff. There was an open Buffett for the adults and another one for the kids which was always a great option for my little one. Staff was always on top of our needs and wants. We also really enjoyed the pool and beach areas. Conveniently had showers at both beach accesses. All in all we were very satisfied with our stay at this location. Would definitely come back. ”
“Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable, la comida del restaurant de especialidades Andiamo es muy buena y la atención del personal siempre es con amabilidad y muy atentos. Cuando bajamos a la alberca no encontramos camastros libres y le comentamos al área donde te entregan las toallas y muy amablemente nos resolvieron poniéndonos unos para poder disfrutar de la alberca. La verdad que la pasamos muy bien, y si regresaremos en otra ocasión. ”
“Nos sorprendió lo grande que es el hotel, las distancias a recorrer son grandes pero el hotel brinda traslado gratis para todos lados. La comida en general fue muy buena. La hora de check out es a las 10:00 am pero te dejan estar en el hotel hasta las 5:00 pm. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, aunque los colchones un poquito duros y el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no enfriaba bien”
