Location is not as good as I expected, because near sea there are many beautiful hotels that are close to sea shore and very beautiful to walk around and enjoy various coffee shops and restaurants but al are long way to the Perla Arya hotel

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very nice hotel with good, solid breakfast. Rooms nice. Though hotel did not have laundry service, which was claimed in hotel.com informations. Would stay again :)

The hotel was okay and was clean but the area is not good and housekeeping should be daily. Unfortunately had to ask for clean towels, coffee, H20. Note: As a world travelled woman I didnt feel unsafe when walking during the day bc I mind my business. Shopping was 10 min walk, with plenty of places to eat.

This is a budget price hotel and you get what you pay for . The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable with everything working and in decent condition , including the air conditioning which was vital as it was over 30°c . We stayed here for 2 nights and had no problems. The negatives were the location, the hotel is down a back street with no view , and to get into the tourist area there was a short walk which took you past a brothel and numerous strip clubs ( ok during the day , but I'm not sure about late at night ) . The other thing was the very limited breakfast, on our second morning, we were in breakfast in good time and there was virtually nothing remaining. But as I say , this is a budget hotel , we paid less than £100 for 2 nights and you get what you pay for and accept that it's not luxurious. Having said all this I would stay there again without hesitation .

Great stay, wonderful shower & cleaning every day, breakfast was peaceful & easy, so loved it! Only issue was duff air-con meaning windows open to keep cool but building noise till late from next door! To be fair, I might have just not known how to work AC, & manager was going to move me, but it got lost in translation I think!
