The hotel is extremely clean and all of the staff are wonderful and very sweet. They always tried their best to help us even if they had to go out of their way. For example, after were checked out and went to wait for our uber on the street, they ran after us to give us bottles of water. The sweetest people

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit großem Zimmer und Balkon neu… tolles Buffet…. Und reichlich…. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr sehr hellhörig…man hört wirklich alles…. Gespräche etc.

It was good in generally. Just handicap is that low english speaking and there is no any restaurant for dinner, for example when arriving after 21:00 - 22:00. I will stay next time as well...😉

Yeni Hotel odalar dizayn ve konfor olarak iyiydi. Sadece kahvaltı çeşitliliğin artırmaları gerikiyor. Kahve makinası koyalarsa daha güzel olur.

Personeller güler yüzlü ve ilgililerdi, odalar temiz çok bakımlıydı, otele ulaşım çok kolay, direk anayol üzerinden giriş yapılabiliyor ve otelin yanında boş arazide parkı olmasıda ayrı bir avantaj.. Tek eleştirebileceğim konu kahvaltıları sunum olarak daha iyi olabilir ve lezzetleri çok iyi değildi. Ayçiçeği veya sıvı yağ yerine tereyağı kullanmaları daha iyi olurdu. Omlet istedik ve muhtemelen sıvı yağ kullandılar ve lezzeti yoktu mesela.. yani genel olarak kahvaltı konusu da iyi olursa bence bölgesine göre çok iyi bir otel. Bir daha izmir e çiğli ye yolum düşerse kesinlikle tekrar kalabilirim

Otel personeli oldukça ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü fakat restoran alanında mama sandalyesi olmaması, temiz olarak konulan havlularda lekeler ve fazlaca uzun siyah saçların olması genel olarak housekeeping ve otel olanaklarının yetersiz olduğu kanaatıne vardırdı… Mama sandalyesi sorduğumda buraya genelde şirketler geldiği için çocuk gelmediği için bulunmadığını söylediler, bir işletmeci olarak oldukça amatör bir yaklaşım olduğunu düşünüyorum… Otelin hemen arkası dan tren yoku geçiyor ve eğer uyumak istiyorsanız bu da sizin uyku kalitenizi oldukça fazla etkiliyor, Keşke farklı bir oteli tercih etseydim dedirten bir deneyim oldu.

Il a y une grosse bagarre dans la chambre voisine, lors de notre séjour, qui a été d’ailleurs écourté. Le personne ne semblait pas alarmé quand on leurs a signalé l’incident, et refuse de nous accompagner jusqu’à notre chambre

Banyonun tavan kısmı kabarmıştı su damlıyordu bütün gece damla sesiyle uyuduk. Ses yalıtımı yok gibiydi koridordaki sesler içeri geliyordu. Odadaki konuşmalar koridora geliyodu.
