Good basic hotel. Clean but small rooms, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Easy walk to the train station and lots of basic restaurants. Tough to find a place to park. I only gave it 4 stars for facilities because the shower vent did not have a cover.

Izmit visit

The Lift is not from the ground floor to the last floor, it starts from the first floor and ends at the 5th floor. My room is on the 6th floor. The receptionist was helpful and invaluable. His name is 'Umat', and he carries all my bags up the stairs to my room. I have disability and their help was crucial. The hotel location is excellent, with many shops and restaurants in the area. No parking in front of the hotel, but there is an 'Otopark', a parking building 300 meters from the hotel. When driving Google Maps may lead you to driving Tram Rails, that's okay. No variety in breakfast, just plain Turkish breakfast.

The hotel is well located and I chose it according to past reviews that were overall okay. Although the staff speaks english, my room was not really nice. The window did not seal/close properly so I could hear all sounds from the street. It was dirty, I pulled a bedside to put it closer to the bed and found a fake nail underneath it on the floor! as well as an used nose strip!! They were pee stains around the toilet seat and the room smell cigarette, although there are signs everywhere to not smoke! Not being a smoker was tough!

Linens are very old and looks almost like rugs, smell was so bad, window cannot be locked ,so it was noisy all night, floor is dirty, i saw bedbugs

Maalesef son gidişimdi.

Daha önce İzmit'e her gelişimde tercih ettiğim bir yerdi ve tabii ki her gelişimde bazı kusurlar vardı fakat göz ardı edilebilir durumdaydı. Son ziyaretimde odada perdeler arızalıydı ve kapanmıyordu. Ek olarak kapı dışardan kilitleniyor fakat içerden kilitlenmiyordu. mecburen sadece sürgü takılı şekilde duruyordu. İşin en tat kaçıran kısmı ise otel çalışanı genç bir arkadaşın, yanında bir adam ve kadın ile birlikte (herhalde onlara boş oda bakıyordu) kapımızı açmak suretiyle boş mu diye bakarak ve üstelik sürgü olmasına rağmen 1-2 kere daha kapıyı ittirerek huzurumuzu kaçırdı. Hangi odaların boş olduğunu rezervasyon sisteminden bilmesi gerekir sanıyorum. Bu kadar amatörce bir hareket olamaz. Son ziyaretimdi, bir daha asla.

Konumu çok güzel bir yer; gündüz vardiyasında çalışan arkadaş da son derece ilgili. Ama beklentiyi fiyata göre ayarlamak lazım. Odada minik böcekler vardı. Bazı çarşaflarda artık kalıcı hale gelmiş izler vardı. Onun dışında sadece konaklamak için oda yeterli. Bir daha ziyaret edersem gitmeyi düşünürüm.

Oteldeki konaklamamdan maalesef memnun kalmadım. Oda hem hijyen açısından yetersizdi hem de konforlu değildi. Pencere düzgün kapanmıyordu, içeride rahatsız edici bir koku vardı ve dışarıdan sürekli ses geliyordu. En önemlisi odada böcekler vardı, bu da konaklamayı iyice rahatsız edici hale getirdi. Ayrıca, sadece birkaç saat geç çıkış yaptığım için benden ekstra bir gecelik ücret talep edilmesi de adil gelmedi. Bu deneyimden dolayı bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum.

İnanılmaz derece bakımsız ve pisti. Bizden önce sanırsam oda da yufka açmışlar çünkü odanın her yerinde bembeyaz tozlar vardı , un diye düşünüyoruz. Tuvalet kokuyordu, banyo pis ve yerde kıllar ve lekeler vardı. Duş almadan öncesinde kendimi daha temiz hissediyordum.

Oda o kadar sigara kokuyordu ki klimayı açtığınızda bile sigara üflüyordu temiz astığım kıyafetimi sigara kokusundan giyemedim yastığın üstüne kıyafetlerimden serdim kokudan yatamıyorduk yorganı bile örtemedik berbat bir ptel 3 5 fazla verin daha iyi bir yere gidin. Tek iyi yönü konumuydu.

2 kişilik odada tek kişi kalıyorum ve klimam bozuk odada sabaha kadar dondum kalorifer olmadığı gibi klimaları da eski ve çalışmıyor. Sigara içilmez denmesine rağmen odada yoğun bir sigara kokusu sinmiş bulunmakta.

Temizlik çok iyi değildi. Özellikle banyo ve tuvalet kıl tüy içindeydi. Çarşaflar temizdi yıkanmıştı ama aşırı lekeliydi , temizmiş hissiyatı vermiyordu görsel olarak. Dolaplar masalar toz içindeydi kendim temizledim. Oda da su yeterli değildi.oda içerisinde eksikler çoktu ama ben üstünde fazla durmuyorum. Kahvaltısı da çok iyi değil. Onun dışında çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü.

Il y a tromperie sur les photos qui ne sont pas du tout representatative de l'établissement actuellement. La chambre que nous avons réservée était dans un état proche de l'insalubrité. Applique murale pendante, peinture manquante sur une grande partie des murs. Literie pas propre . Pas de sécurité sur la porte . Le hall de l'établissement ressemble a un entrepôt, cartons, etc... Pas propre du tout et aucun entretien. A mon avis a fuir car nous sommes arrivés assez tard et nous n'avions pas d'autre choix que y rester.
