Right from being picked up from the station in a beautifully restored car, through to the well appointed rooms (and well stocked free mini bar and room service) and the incredible breakfast and dinner degustations, we had an incredible stay. "The hotel has excellent facilities, in particular with private outdoor hot spring water bath, which is very enjoyable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent, but little too expensive. The hotel also has shuttle bus to the train station. Some facilties need proper maintainence, such as basin. Cleaness could be improved. Overall, this is a good hotel."
