Find Hotels with Bars in Izu Peninsula

Beautiful, charming and peaceful onsen stay. We enjoyed delicious authentic meals and truly unique onsen facilities. Wonderful hospitality, you feel like you have stepped back in time. Perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing and authentic cultural ryokan in Japan.

Wonderful place to stay and visit. Food is so Good and staff were all accomodating and helpful.

A perfect location to end my Japan trip. Hotel is right on the beach. Every rooms are either face the ocean or Mountain View. And the room was very spacious.

Spacious room and beautiful ocean view property. Spectacular outdoor onsen. Delicious buffet dinner and breakfast. Variety of food choices with Italian and Japanese dishes.

Incredible stay with excellent service. The breakfast was amazing - so well made and you can feel the love of the chef putting together. Rooms were comfortable and so cute! Loved the onsen (hot spring) tub on the balcony and spacious room with great amenities. It was a whole experience type of stay, above and beyond our expectations in beautiful Izu Kogen surrounded in nature. Family ran in the best way possible. Highly recommend!

Thanks so much!

Great shuttle service. Clean. Great staff. Meals are to notch. Need new carpet

Beautiful traditional property.

The service was amazing and the food delicious

Staff were so helpful. The room was in good size with private onsen. Dinner was good.

Second time staying here, and I’ll visit again: delicious food, friendly staff, great views, and located in such a cute town for some calm morning walks. Thank you, and see you soon <3

Historic Ibsen in a beautiful setting. Excellent service. Two outstanding golf courses. East train ride from Tokyo.

Great staff, amenities, good food, nice view of Mt Fuji. Very high end hotel, worth the price and would visit again.

Quiet, charming area. Ideal for "urbex" and retro fan. Hotel facilities itself, great. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Pool also great, with open air lounge. (People should stop playing video games in their rooms, and get out and swim in the fresh air!!)

The staff at this hotel are super kind and helpful. The English speakers are few so if you do not speak Japanese just have your translate app handy to help them and yourself. We were a little sad the pool was closed and not maintained but the room was very authentic and really fun to stay in. It was the traditional experience we were looking for and the private onsen in room was wonderful to relax in. This is a very small town so if you do not want to hunt for dinner, I would recommend booking...

Loved my king bed room with big windows facing Mt Fuji with a private onsen. Rooms are new and buffet breakfast has a wide selection with floor to ceiling windows. Overnight stay didn’t allow us to explore Laforet complex.

Well kept Japanese ryokan near the ocean. Delicious kaiseki dinner. Four private onsen on the upper floor. Also onsen in the room.
