"This hotel is located right on the water and we loved the ocean views, and (when we opened the window) the sound of the waves breaking. Very peaceful and beautiful. The onsen baths were large and pleasantly hot, with water that was clear and gave a nice feeling. "

"Great little family run hotel. Close to Ito town and seafront. Bit of a climb up the hill, but worth it for the view! The food was amazing - great, hearty Japanese style breakfast and evening meals were also fantastic - fresh fish and seafood, cooked to perfection. "Great, calming place. It was perfect for our part of the trip as we wanted to relax and be surrounded by beautiful nature. The staff was nice and went out of their way to be helpful. Love it!
"We stayed here 11 years ago when our kids were little and loved every bit of our stay, this time we booked even more nights and still the same, relaxing, wonderful people. Love the onsen! The river view. There used to be large koi fish in the river that you can see right from the rooms, now they are further up the stream. The place is well kept, very clean. It rained for 2 days when we were visiting, I love that they had shoe dryer available. I also left my shoes on the shoe shelves and they were able to locate it and deliver to me in Tokyo the next day. I’m so grateful. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Japan. "
