いい思い出になりました

清潔感があって、部屋も広くて大満足でした。内風呂は温泉ではありませんが、雰囲気が楽しめたので、個人的には充分でした。夕食もちょうどいい量で、美味しく、楽しませていただきました。

快適ながら・・・

スタッフのサービスが素晴らしく、ホテル内も全体的に清潔で、施設側の努力がよく分かり、好印象でした。 しかしながら、建物自体の古さは否定出来ず、窓や水回りが古めかしかったり、バリアフリーでなく段差もあったりします。広くて快適な部屋に不釣り合いな小さなテレビなども含め、現在のスペックになっていない部分は気になる人は気になるでしょう。 それを理解の上なら、快適に過ごせるホテルです。

月を見ながらの露天風呂は最高でした

スタッフの皆さん、笑顔でとても丁寧な対応でした。食事も美味しく満足です。部屋にジャグジーもあり、部屋のジャグジーで本を読みながら快適な時間が過ごせました。最高だったのは月を見ながら貸切露天風呂に入れたこたとでした。 また改善してほしい点は10時〜15時は温泉に入れないことでした。私達は連泊したのは、昼間も温泉に入れることを楽しみにしていたので、連泊者には昼間に入れないのは残念かと。

Quaint, well- maintained property

We had a western style junior suite for our stay in Izu. The room was incredibly spacious, and was partitioned between sleeping and lounge areas. Two bathrooms and comfortable beds. Our stay included dinner at the property, and it was delicious. Service staff were very attentive. Would recommend the property for a relaxing stay.

全館禁煙にしてほしい

温泉はとてもよかったです。泉質はしっとりすべすべ、ホカホカが続きます。大浴場も天空露天風呂も居心地が良かったです。お部屋内のバスルームも、内装や陶器製の湯船がレトロな雰囲気で、日中、外を眺めながらプライベートな気分でのんびりできました。 館内設備は古いながらも整備されていて、お部屋内は落ち着いた雰囲気です。お食事も満足のいくものでした。 一つだけ残念だったのは、全館禁煙ではないため、エレベーター内がタバコ臭く不快でした。ダイニング外の一角が喫煙コーナーになっていて、そこからもタバコ臭さが漂っていました。

設備の古さとメンテ不足は否めない

設備は古いです。床壁天井すべてに経年劣化とメンテナンスの不備を感じます。古びたカーペットが張られた、床材のきしむ床を裸足で歩かなければならない（スリッパ用意ナシ）。個室露天風呂の浴槽のクギの頭が腐食で取れてとがった部分で怪我をしかけました。個室のトイレは立て付けがゆがみカギがかかっているのかと思うほど固い。窓から見える建物の屋根は何十年もメンテナンスされていないことがわかる状態。雨どいは外れてぶら下がっているのが見えました。 大浴場のシャワーヘッドは壊れたところから交換しているのか、6つすべて違う種類のものが付けられていました。wifiありとなっていますが、弱すぎるのか、ほとんど使い物にならない。 などなど、上げればきりがないくらいの劣化とメンテ不足ですが、また行こうと思っています。 風呂と食事が主目的なので。料理がとても美味しく、2食付きの1泊でしたが、大変満足出来ました。露天風呂は裏山に向けて入れる個室をお勧めします。

とても親切でした

家族旅行でお世話になりました。畳の良い匂いが館内中していてとてもよかったです。 滞在中に子供が怪我をしてしまったのですが、すぐに病院を探して連絡をしてくださりすごく心強かったです。 スタッフの方達はみなさん笑顔ですごく印象が良かったです。ご飯も美味しく、朝ごはんも豪華でした。子供用のご飯も彩り豊かで子供の好きなものが詰まっていました。 今度はもっと温泉にゆっくり浸かりに行きたいです。ありがとうございました。
