My friends and I checked in around 1 AM and we didn't get the room we booked. While I was upgraded to a king room , my friends were sharing a room and they had no double bed room left. So they were in a suite where one bed was a sofa sleeper which was a bit inconvenient. Also the person who checked us in was a bit rude. When we asked about our room, she used the phrase "as I said to the person before you, we are left with no double room". So I understand we are expected to hear other people's conversation and know things. When I checked into my king bedroom, I found the showerhead broken and lying on the bathtub. I tried to contact front desk as I was worried about my security deposit. I wanted to let them know that it was broken when I checked in. That's when i found the phone was not working. So at 1:30 AM I went downstairs to let the front desk person know. And then she asked me if I need a shower. I mean I drove for 8 hours and everybody needs a shower before sleep. Anyway, I let her know that I'll make it work but they need to know that it was broken when I entered. Other the room was good and clean and breakfast in morning was good.

Excellent staff at the hotel!! The pool was down for maintenance, but we didn't know it until we already had our swim suits on, leading to very disappointed kids. The staff was quick to call their sister property down the road to make arrangements for us to visit that property to swim. Staff was also helpful in switching one of our rooms where the toilet wasn't working. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

The lady Dee behind the counter was very rude to me and my grandmother when I told her I was leaving before my reservation was up because my stay was nothing but trouble all 3 days and she refused to give me a receipt showing I was leaving then proceeded to call police and have me escorted off the property with no receipt and she never checked me out of the room

Toilet seat was barely attached. Poor water pressure. Our first room (until we asked to change) the fridge was totally broken. Otherwise, fine. Kendra, sp, that checked us in, in the evening, was awesome!! Really liked her:)
