This is a very very old property. Literally falling apart. A/C, Fridge, lamps and lights are probably 20yr old. Carpet was dirty. The only best part was their property is next to a river stream and is a beautiful location.

GOOD PLACE

Great room, comfy clean beds with a classic NH ski motel vibe. I bet it’s even better in the summer when you can go see the river. A short walk from two covered bridges! And about a 10 minute drive from MT. Washington. 10/10 recomend

This is a great location and friendly folks. This is centrally located for anyone who wants to take advantage of the many hiking opportunities.

The parking was easy, check in went smoothly, there is a free coffee/ hot chocolate bar all day and milk etc, lobby has a nice fireplace, room was clean overall, clean towels, nothing fancy, comfy beds, did the trick! I would return in the summer/ fall again! Right next to the Jackson covered bridge
