“The staff is wonderful. It’s a lovely hotel a home away from home. Mr. Manoj is the best a very helpful and kind person.”

“전체적으로 직원분들이 친절하셨어요 가격대비 객실이 굉장히 좋았고요 만약 또 캘커타에 간다면 또 이용하고 싶어요 다만 5박 중 하루는 누런물이 나와 좀 찝찝한 감이 있었습니다”

“It was a clean, comfortable, and warm stay at Metropole!”

“Staffs are pretty nice and helpful but infrastructure and cleanliness need improvement ”

“Until the property is renovated, I cannot recommend that anyone stay there.”

“Couldn’t fault the hotel at all. The room was spacious, amenities were adequate for its class and the price point. We had a wonderful stay while visiting VFS global right around the corner. Proximity to the mall also helps.”

“It was too basic and not a good hotel room at all. ”

I have been provided Room No - 203, Room was not very neat but it was still manageable, but the sound of the Exhaust Fan of the bathroom was horrible!! I stayed there for almost two days but Room...

“Small with limited amenities. Good for a short stay. Food choices are very limited also. Excellent staff”

“The location is very prime (just minutes walking from Acropolis mall), but the rooms weren't clean. The bedding wasn't clean, neither the paintwork on the walls, and the bathroom had leaking plumbing.”

“Room is bad. Bathroom is super worst. Service is good. Service is the only positive.”
