Sembra di stare nella dimora di un maraja. Le camere sono grandi e ben arredate. Acqua minerale sempre a disposizione. Buona la ristorazione sia a colazione che a cena. Bellissimo lo spettacolo serale con artisti locali. Ci sono un po' di zanzare (servirebbe una disinfestazione). Ci tornerei immediatamente.”

Rooms were on the small side. Very clean room and bathroom was exceptionally clean for Indian standards. Day staff could speak excellent English. Roof Top restaurant gave a
scenic view of Jaislmer and the fort. The restaurant closes at 6 p.m. The only complaint which
the hotel cannot control is the noise at night with barking dogs. One of the best places to stay for budget accommodations.”

Abbiamo anche cenato sulla terrazza dell’hotel con vista del forte prendendo un pollo al limone non piccante perfetto dopo tanti giorni di cucina speziata.
Anche la pulizia è ai livelli europei, una rarità in India. Unica pecca la stradina per arrivarci ma siamo in India e le strade sono queste. ”
“Made to feel very welcome from arrival through to departure. Everything was brilliant. Lovely spacious room , good nights sleep. Breakfast was really fresh and great quality with plenty of choices. Excellent evening meal were enjoyed with amazing view across to fort.
Advice and tour particularly the camel trip was brilliant and we really enjoyed the trip arranged for us by the hotel and riding camels in the desert and meeting fellow travellers.

““I spent two nights in this great place, one night in hotel and one night in Thar desert. I stayed at the Hotel Swan Haveli in jaisalmer city and loved it. They picked us from the train station. The location is fabulous with the most amazing rooftop terrace and views and is very convenient location, 10min walk to havelis and market.

“The staff here are amazing. Nice enough to send someone to the train station at 4 am to pick me up and give me a room to nap for a bit even before my official check in time. Restaurant is nice too with incredible views of the fort.

“I had checked late in night and it was very hard to wake them up for check-in. Neither their was any bell to ring nor contact number were picked. After knocking door several time they opened the door and i was checked in”
“Absolutely stunning part palace part hotel. Stayed on the Golden Suite which had comfy double bed and separate small sitting room. Close to the fort. Lovely rooftop restaurant and separate breakfast room. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.”

“Loved my stay at here—completely overdelivered for the price. New property, beautifully maintained. Fantastic location, a 5 minute walk from the fort entrance. Gorgeous rooftop area with the best views in town. Lovely, attentive staff. Helped me upgrade easily when a room became available. They don’t have a traditional restaurant, but the food they had was very good. Only quibble was that the pool wasn’t quite clean enough to swim in. Otherwise, great stay.”
