Uncomfortable. Soft / dirty broken bed. Bed sheets not changed — we’re previously slept in. Had to request towels three times. Very bad deal- want my money back

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Expedia says check out time is at noon, however hotel staff mentioned i need to check out at 10.30,no support from them. They are more worried about their owner's daughter wedding/ engagement than their guest. This clarity should be there while booking.disappointed and wil not recommend stay here.
This hotel is run by frauds. They will ask you to pay everything at the time of check in because they know that their services are so bad that client will get angry.
1. Rooms full of mosquitoes, if you ask them to provide repellent, they don’t keep sufficient number of supply.
2. AC doesn’t work properly
3. They will take at least 30 minutes in check in and 45 minutes in checkout
4. If you book this hotel from third party website, they won’t provide you hard copy of the bill, you will have to request booking platform to help you for that, so business travellers, beware!
5. Any service will take minimum 30-40 minutes in this hotel

It's not amezing but so so nice hotel but not fully satisfied
This hotel is in the desert as it’s name implies but not too far out of town. Were told the property is two years old. Rooms were large and comfortable. I think our party of 3 rooms were the only ones there. There were a lot of inconsistencies though, such as a bar which never opened. As advertised, pool table but no cues. They advertise a spa and fitness center...we looked at the spa and just a storage room...no fitness center. They advertise free Wi-Fi in the rooms but Wi-Fi only works in lobby. Off the main lobby there is a door with a sign that says library...no books and the lights and air con is off so not a place to sit and read. We wanted a place to gather and play cards, so they did bring furniture into the library and allowed us to stay, although the air con was very inadequate, so quite warm. Also there were no umbrellas at the pool and zero shade except for later in the afternoon when the building started to shade a portion of the patio. We have shared our thoughts with the management because they asked how our stay was. It was also coming into off season so that could be why they only had minimal services running.
