When I arrived at the hotel, I had some very minor issues and they were resolved very quickly. All the staff at the hotel were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure the rest of my stay was 10/10. I cannot fault the hotel and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Bekasi, Indonesia. There is a large shopping mall right next door and other malls and restaurants very close by. It is very affordable and I believe would suit anyone's budget.

The room look neat, however it was dusty. I booked one night for 3 of my girlfriends since the hotel location were near my home. My girlfriends will help me for event at my house the next day. The worst part was after they returns to the room almost 11pm friday night. The room was haunted by POCONG AT THE WINDOW AREA AND jumping around between the xtra bed near the window to the dressing mirror. And KUNTILANAK WHO STANDING SINGING IN FRONT OF MIRROR NEAR THE BATHROOM DOOR, so technically at the hallway entrace door. Three of my girl friends cant sleep until 4am and they just want to rush to check out the next saturday morning. The breakfast so blend nothing special. I forgot what is room number but the location of room area after crossing the glass bridge. They cant even move to grabbed phone to call front desk.

My opinion

Great stay i had with my family but the gym was getting from bad to worse; with 80% of the equipment either down or damaged. My favourite treadmill was seen stored away and my favourite cycle machines were no where to be seen. I would still return to stay; as the atmosphere and ambience were great and the warmth of the staffs were sincere, helpful and polite.

I do not feel that this hotel caters for international / western type tourists. The staff don't have great understanding of English. They are all extremely polite and always greet you, but I think largely cater for local tourists. The pool is not open very late at all, given the climate. Breakfast buffet was adequate but again mostly caters for local tourists.

The customer experience was outstanding. An American traveler was made to feel welcome at all times everyday. An overall feel of comfort and safety. The hotels breakfast seem to meet the expectation of all deverse guest list that stay at the hotel. And the happy hour entertainment on the roof top lounge and the piano singing duet in the lobby every evening was nice to return to each day. It was really such a night

Would be good, if the hair dryer is working each time we checked in for a holiday, rather than the need to call and borrow. The safe was not reset for our use when we arrived for this visit. Need to call for help. Overall was good, as the staffs were very friendly and helpful.
