"Great staff, our room was spacious and very clean. The area around the hotel is great. You can walk to shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. "

"Check in instructions need to be more clear. The exterior door at the entrance to 2nd floor from visitors garage is broken. You can't access the 2nd floor from the key fob. The door handle just spins."

"Overall ok hotel. The first night was terrible! The people next door to my room had a party in their room that spilled out to the hallway. They partied from about 10pm until 4am. They were loud, yelling cursing bumping so of course we didnt get any sleep the first night. The day of, I called down at 11:10am to get some fresh towels and I had to call back at 11:35am to inquire. I didnt get the towels until 11:50am which now caused me to be rushing to get down by 12pm for checkout."

"Extremely nice staff, and breakfast was amazing. Rooms were clean and black out curtains were amazing for daytime sleeping. They also offer ear plugs and white noise machines since they are so close to the interstate. This hotel is probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in as far as making sure their customers are well taken care. They are definitely a 5-star for me. "

"Room smelled like smoke. Remote didn’t work. Half of the plugs did not work. Door lock was loose. Pretty rough overall. Cheap yes but don’t stay unless you really just need to sleep and don’t have money to spend. "
