As usual the cookies were the best part of the stay. The lobby smells awful, they really should invest in good air freshener, the hallway near the elevator also smells fowl! The front desk person was rude when I ask abt 30mins more late chk out 12:30, she told me they were pass there quota therefore i need to leave at noon, I advise her I was feeling ill and needed time to get dressed...she informed me I would be nilled extra if I stay 1min passed 1:00!! Very disappointed, as an AMEX Platinum customer Im thought I was able to stay later upto 1pm?
