"This place was dirty, had ants on the walls, the sink and the microwave. The AC unit was loud and if used for over an hr, will start to leak down the wall. The couch was dirty and filled with crumbs. the blanket they provide had gunk dried something on it. Couldn’t stay for the whole night, told the property I left and was told to returned the key right away—which didn’t make sense because it was non refundable and I paid for the night. "I am truly beyond impressed with the service at Hotel Kayrós! Carol and her team — Lucas Jacinto, Matheus, Son, Amanda, Rivaldo, Alexandre, Ricardo (Everyone on Her Team) — and also the outstandingly courteous, professional, and friendly team at the hotel’s restaurant (Compota) — Lucas, Augusto, and remaining team members, always go above and beyond to make my stay special. They even made me a special team (on the house!) when they learned I had caught a cold. The attention to detail, from personalized service to ensuring everything is perfect (including parking space), is exceptional.
