It has a restaurant, a pub, and history. The room was clean, comfy, and quaint. The front desk person was helpful and friendly. The location is in the heart of Jasper. Yes to mountain views! Bar fridge and espresso machine, and more. It was affordable and I will stay there again.

It was a good location to stay in Jasper town. The room was comfortable overall, but the carpet on the stairs felt quite old and could use replacement.

Rooms are dated but clean. Jasper has limited options, so hotels that can offer a room do so with a premium rate. In any other location, the rates would be less than half of what they can charge here. The Astoria is in a prime location and gives easy access to many dining places and tourist spots. We did need to get glasses from the front desk and the Ice machine on our floor did not work.
