"When checked in the room phone was damaged not working, kettle was broken.we get replaced both, In the morning toilet flush not working they forget to switch on water tank, water is not coming from shower head. On the end ask for breakfast they made it fresh, tasty. Thank you"

"It is a service apartment marketed as a hotel. Check in process was extremely confusing. You have to find the one of 30 companies that market the apartments. No one to help and no one cares. Apartment was dirty - bedsheets had stains and rowels smelled and looked dirty. Avoid with a passion"
