"All the staff at the hotel were excellent and I cannot fault the service and attention to detail. One of the Customer Service went above and beyond (IRA) who assited with taxis and translating my requirements and also assisting in extending my stay ensuring I got the best deal. The room I had was a garden room and although spacious it was poorly equipped and in need of modernisation as decor very tired also a nice touch would be to provide bottled water on a daily basis. "The villa was extremely spacious and clean. You have to call for room service daily as it is not automatic but the cleanliness was excellent. The view was to die for. Even during 3 months of drought season and the fields were dry, the view was still splendid and the weather was very cooling. Having breakfast by the balcony (there's 2!!) was an unique experience. The pool was also kept clean and there was an excellent view from the pool too. I would have given 5 stars rating if not for a few...
