"The price is usually cheaper, but it is not well managed. Cleanliness was an issue , I had to change apartment due to cockroaches in 2 previous rooms. My final room was good size and cleaner. But there is no cleaning, if you stay 2 weeks , no cleaning for two weeks.... Residents also leave bins outside of the door instead of taking it to the shoot.
