“Clean room. Convenient location.”

“Room downgrade and closed facilities – Not worth the price My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. I was initially given a single-bed room despite booking a two-bed room, and the hassle of moving rooms the next day was quite inconvenient. Being placed in a lower-tier room than what I paid for was a poor start to my trip. Furthermore, the management of the facilities was unacceptable. Both the pool and the gym were closed during my stay. Having both amenities out of order at once...

“Exceptional customer service”

“Very nice large room; close to everything. The front desk was a little difficult to get ahold of - tried calling two or three times on the way to the property - was put on hold for 10 mins and then disconnected. next call the phone rang and rang for about 5 mins with no pickup. Nice front desk young guy, but didn't have that "mature" attitude about him. Not warm and welcoming as he could have been. Car valet was great however.”

“Friendly staff, clean room, conventionally located and parking included.”

“Clean room, great staff, and the decent bar! Location was walking distance to the Caesar Superdome and Bourbon st. Plenty of restaurants close by.”
