โNot knowing anything about the area, we stayed here because of great reviews, location and reasonable rates as opposed to the resorts. It has been family run and expanded for decades, and they have renovated and kept up the property. We stayed in one of the two bedroom cottages at one end of the campus, and it resided in a lovely walkable and quaint neighborhood, near a small park, set back from the main road that goes through town. โWe have good time at this property! Clean rooms, nice area and helpful stuff. Outside resting are so lovely you can make grill and enjoy lake view! Also my kid enjoyed inside pool and playground!

โThis is a review by my grandkids. They LOVED the indoor pool. The location (next to Pirate Cove mini golf) I've stayed here a few times and if your looking for fancy or catered - look elsewhere. As for me, if my grandkids are happy,I'm happy.

โVery nice and polite when we checked in. We didnโt know what to expect at a motel and an older motel key chain, but as soon as we opened the door to the room. To our surprise it smelled fresh and clean! No mildew or old paint smell. New Everything sheets, towels, bed, floor and bathroom! Thanks to the owners and we will be back. 100% Recommended

โPerfectly peaceful property on the lake. Lots of activities. We loved the free firewood and large firepit right next to the lake. Check in and out was easy and quick. Clean and inviting. โ
โOne of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Room was huge and clean. Bed was a little worn down as I can imagine they get a ton of business. The employees were super friendly and accommodating. โ
