We liked the staff. The guy at the front desk was amazing. He was super nice to my kids. It meant the world to me. Parking was the best. However, the breakfast menu could use some improvement. There wasn't really too many options. Overall, it was a great experience and we are looking forward to staying at the same hotel again.

Check-in was great and our rooms were nice and big. Door to the bathroom wouldn't close properly or stay closed, even if locked. Breakfast was listed for 6:30 but when we came down the lights were out and nothing was available. Called and were told to wait an hour!! We didn't have to wait quite that long, but there weren't many options. We booked almost three months in advance, so it's not like they didn't know we would be there with 12 people.

The front desk guy wasnt very welcoming. Out bath tub was filthy (although we did have them clean it). Our shower door wouldnt close all the way. Found hairs on our bed sheets. The complimentary breakfast was horrible. Waffles were the only thing we ate. Biscuits and gravy were very gross. Area for breakfast was not very clean either. I would not reccomend staying there. Its cheaper for a reason.

First of all when arriving to the hotel we initially left and thought it was a different hotel because the outside looks like it is abandonded. The guy at the front desk was not friendly at all. We got to our room which i had booked because of the jacuzzi suite. Our room did not have a jacuzzi. When i went to talk to yhe guy at the front desk he wouldnt even come up to talk to me i had to talk to him on a phone and he argued with me that i did not request that one. When i told him the room a selected showed the jacuzzi in the picture all he said was "too bad". There was garbage behind the dresser sticker cup marks on end tables and a left over jello shot in the fridge with brown liquid on the bottom of the fridge. Do not stay here!

The ceiling tiles in the bathroom were gross The towels were really small and could be a little better quality The shower head was a massage head- broken and leaked The outside door (door number 1) did not close if you didn't push it closed (dangerous) Our key didn't work after we got into the room. My husband had to knock to be let in the room each time.... Please don't advertise breakfast if you only have muffins and dry goods

Room had roaches I asked for a refund for my second night stay and the younger girl upfront was rude and the older lady was no help. Found a condom package in our room and dirty towels and sheets. Breakfast was just a waffle maker lol. Whole building smelled terrible of some strong odor . Would not recommend. Then they tried to recharge me for the room .

There continental breakfast was waffles and cereal not a true continental breakfast. They did not clear the entrance of snow and ice which caused my friend to fall, and they didn't even apologize. It took me asking them to fix the issue for them to salt or shovel the snow and ice. There was no staff at the desk we had to call them to check out and they didn't always answer right away. They did let us check out late without an additional cost which was nice. They only had a pool not hot tub which was what we were expecting to help my friends back feel better after falling. There seemed to be a total lack of respect and care for the guests safety.
