"What a great stay we had. We had a room on the 32nd floor in the south tower. The room was spotless, the view was spectacular! We ate at the cafe & the food was good. The only thing we really didn't like was the strong smell of smoke getting off the elevator & in certain parts of the casino. We don't smoke & everyone has a right to have fun but the Hotel should do a much better job with air purifiyers. It was bad like my clothes smelled like smoke bad. The casino was fun we did well but you definitely get an element in there you should watch for but security seemed to know who they were and did a great job. Great vibe in the place ! Just the smoke smell was the worst part for us."

"I was here for a volleyball tournament not a party weekend. This was the reserved/offered hotel for the tournament. We booked our rooms more than six months in advance. I put in a note in my booking and called saying I was traveling with minors asking for a quieter room away from the party scene. We arrived about 35 minutes before our check-in time. When I got my bill, I was charged for early check-in. I was also charged $100 resort/gambling fee. When we checked in, we had about 15 minutes till we had to be at the convention center, so we quickly dropped our bags off and headed out. We returned after 8 o’clock at night to find that that our hotel room was on the third floor facing the glass night club in the alcove of the three sided stone hotel, Until 1:50 AM the band was playing so loud it was vibrating the beds. They did not honor my note nor were they willing to move us to another room because we should have asked to switch rooms within the first hour of check-in. First, we dropped off our bags and left, so we didn’t use anything in the room and second I didn’t open the curtains and look outside to see the nightclub when I was checking in the room. The guy at the desk gave me the quick answer of. I could only switch it within the first hour and offered no support to me in my daughter. I felt like they took advantage of my quick check-in and stuck me in the crappy room.. I will never stay there again and hopefully never have to do a tournament in AC again."

"Clean property clean room but customer service at check in and check out was terrible and the pay for parking option is terrible. The people were hiding in the booth so that they couldn't be seen for peopel that needed help. I don't know if I will ever stay here again, there are many other choices in Atlantic City."

"Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were super helpful and so nice, didn’t take me long to figure out where the casino was and boy was the service quick! Really didn’t have to leave the hotel since shopping and food were right in the building. Will be back!!"

"The room was nice however the toilet was very low to the floor, making it hard for elderly people to get down and up off the toilet. As for the casino, when we arrived, we noticed that it was not as crowded as we expected and then we find out that the reason might’ve been because everything in the casino was overly priced and very expensive. We were unable to get drinks, even though we were sitting at a game and playing slots or cards or whatever and there were several times that a drink was ordered and never arrived. We were very disappointed in the services provided in that manner and will not return to Harris."

"Property smelled like urine all throw the hallways the two doubles beds are really small and I had a homeless lady standing outside of my room for 40 minutes moaning and clapping at 4am never again."
