Jersey Shore, New Jersey hotel rooms at the Hilton Hotels

"There was trash in the hallways and rooms service was left outside the door for over 24 hours. "

"Highly disappointed with the employees manners. The room had very little lighting. Highly upset that I had to pay an additional 180.00 dollars just to have two beds in the room and when asked to speak to a manager the person refused and basically told us there is nothing more they could have done about it. I felt rushed and forced to pay this just to stay at this location. Though it was brought to my attention that I could have got better treated at other locations such as harrahs and showboat I chose to stay here at Tropicana and got little to no respect at all. "

"The room we stayed in was very clean and we had no issues. We were there for the weekend so we pretty much just used the casino. Any staff we did see were nice and friendly. "

"The staff was super friendly. The room overall looked cleaned but they did not clean the bathroom very well. There was trash underneath the trashcan and dried up contacts. The lamp in the bedroom didn’t work and turned on in the middle of night. Kids were running down the hallways screaming at midnight and when I called the front desk no one answered."

"The food is consistently awful. Ive stayed a few times in the last year for work and the food is not good at both the catered events and the restaurants. Rooms are clean and the staff are excellent though. "

"Well I'm glad i didn't listen to the bad reviews i came across and decided to give this place a try. I will say that the first room i received, the original room i booked had a leak when you would flush the toilet that i noticed right away. I brought it to the attention of the staff and was immediately given a new room. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the area was very quiet and close to stores for just about everything. The only thing that was a little weird was that the shower was in the jacuzzi. A little weird to me but it was fine. My wife and i had a great time for valentines day weekend. I would recommend for a weekend stay. Staff was very friendly as well. "
