“The property had a really neat mid 20th century or maybe even a little earlier theme. The staff was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the vibe. The rooms were very clean.
Conversely, sound. Were the walls thin or did sound pass through the ventilaton system? We could clearly hear conversations in neighboring rooms.
We did really enjoy our stay. We loved a little balcony off of our room. We had a fun vacation. This is a nice place for getting away from Philly to “down the shore.””
“The Icona Diamond Beach is a top notch hotel. I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and the spotless facilities. People were always cleaning something. I honestly haven't stayed at a cleaner hotel, and that is saying something considering it's right on the beach. The room was as advertised, a little smaller than it appeared in the photos (especially the bathroom), but more than adequate and has nice furnishings in excellent condition. “Amazing hotel. Only complaint is checkout at 11. We were pressured to leave with multiple visits from staff despite being only 30 mins late. Given check in is at 4, it was quite unnecessary. ”

“The online picture and description doesn't do the Motel justice, it is much prettier and inviting in person! The location was perfect, dining and entertainment within minutes of a walk. Walking to the beach took less than 5 Minutes. The rooms were very comfortable we fit 5 people comfortably in a suite and still had room to breathe.”
